What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

BPS’s equipment specialists ask a few simple questions, like the size of your audience and what type of event and from that we make equipment recommendations. Whether your AV requirements are for a large or small event, audio or video, inside or outside, you name it, we can make it easy. Give us a call, and we can quickly assess your event or meeting.

Do you have technicians that can operate the rental as well?

Of course! BPS has its own professional technicians who will show up, setup, & operate the equipment for your event. Whether you need something as simple as a computer/projector setup or as complex as a PA system for live music, we have years of experience operating equipment at events. Our audio video rental company can help you make your event a success.

What if I need to rent a particular piece of audio or video equipment that isn’t listed on your website?

We are constantly expanding our audio, video and lighting rental inventory, so give us a call if we do not immediately have something you need; we can often arrange to get you what you have requested through other rental contacts we have.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and certified checks. We can also accept COD.
